  • Property has window unit air conditioning.

Policies and Rules

  • This home is not pet friendly.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.

Occupancy

  • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
  • Bedrooms: 2 (1 king bed, 1 queen bed).
  • Bathrooms: 2.0.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities

  • Towels and bed linens provided.
  • Well stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking basics.
  • Starter set of paper products provided (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover cloths). These are supplied for one or two nights.
  • Dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, high-speed internet, hot tub, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide detector present.
  • We do not provide hair dryers.
  • Patio and free parking available.

  • Free parking available on site.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (November-March). No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. Place all trash in the designated receptacle.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector present.
